Philippines And China Are Ban In Disputed Sea

The tense between the two countries between Scarborough Shoal are now finished. China are the first to announce it's annual ban then followed by the Philippines.

Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario said that president  Aquino issued the said ban in order to replenish the fishing industries in   Scarborough Shoal
