The tense between the two countries between Scarborough Shoal are now finished. China are the first to announce it's annual ban then followed by the Philippines.
Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario said that president Aquino issued the said ban in order to replenish the fishing industries in Scarborough Shoal
"We do not recognize China's fishing ban in as much as portions of the ban encompass our Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ)," del Rosario said in a statement.
I hope this is the last time the two countries will argue about this issue.
